What a coincidence! 卒業生との嬉しい再会

Very early morning in late January, as I was walking towards the station on my way to work, someone calls out “Oh, Mr. Kondo!”
She was one of the most recent alumnis who is studying at a university in Australia. What a pleasant and heartwarming coincidence. We talked about how she is enjoying college life and how she is taking leadership in her academic classes as well as student groups. It is always wondeful to hear how KNG students are doing after they graduate. What a wonderful way to start a day!
ある１月下旬の早朝、突然「近藤先生！」と呼び止められました。現在、オーストラリアの大学に通っている卒業生でした。束の間の再会でしたが、彼女から大学を思い切り楽しんでいる様子や授業や生徒会活動でリーダーシップをとり始めていることを聞いて、とても嬉しくなりました。 卒業生の活躍を聞くのは本当に嬉しいことです。心温まる偶然でした。
